WC Graphics has a full service screenprinting department that uses state of the art equipment and processes to achieve the highest of quality finished goods. We specialize in plastisol ink for both spot color and 4 color process printing. Our 8 color automatic M&R Gauntlet Revolver press and our two 6 color manual presses enable us meet a variety of printing needs.

Whether you need 12 or 12,000 shirts, WCG can provide them for you. We want you to know that all orders, no matter what size, will all be treated with the same sense of urgency and pride. We will NEVER put the small orders on the "back burner". Also, for the convenience of our customers we provide screenprinting on baseball caps if requested.

We also do heat transfers, which are mostly used for vinyl numbering on the back of sports uniforms. This also allows us to show a customer a pre-production sample of what their shirt is going to look like without going through the entire set-up that is involved with screenprinting.

Because screenprinting is known as a "messy" profession, we at WC Graphics take pride in the cleanliness and organization of this particular department.

WC Graphics offers expert custom embroidery on items such as hats, polos, jackets, sweatshirts and much more. Additionally, for the convenience of our customers, we provide digitizing services... Digitizing is the process of converting artwork such as vector format artwork or scanned artwork (.bmp, tif,) into digital embroidery. This can be done by the use of embroidery digitizing software and a skillful digitizing artist to interpret that particular design. Also, you can save $$$ by choosing one of our stock designs that can be personalized with your company’s name added to it!

Whether you want hang tags, woven labels, printed satin labels, or self adhesive labels, WC Graphics offers them all with our in-house product ID department. (Minimum 1000pcs.)

Art Information

• Disk Types Accepted – CD’s – 3.5” Floppy – Zip Disk
  
  
• E-Mail Specs – we recommend that any files sent to us should be compressed if possible or sent individually under separate headings to eliminate any problems during E-Mail transmissions.
  
  
• Resolution – electronic art resolution should be a minimum of 300 dpi if possible Note: the lower the resolution the less of the quality when reproduced.
  
  

• Art files can be saved in the program used if compatible with the list above or we accept EPS, JPG, or TIFF files.
  
  
• For electronic art please include any specific fonts used or convert the type to outlines. If not we will try to match the font as close as possible.
  
  
• Camera Ready Artwork – all art is to be sent as black and white line-art. Art should be proportionate to desired print size (please be sure to specify size art should be printed at)
  
  
• Any halftones or gradient tones should be at least 25-55 lpi. depending on the art, garment, and ink color. Note: faxes or photo copies are not camera-ready artwork
• Color Separations – a separate printed page for each color and must be in black and white (refer to above for specs.)

• Standard Print Sizes – adult full size back/front 16”x16” – left chest 4”x4” youth full size front/back 9”x10”
